What Do Energy Drinks Do?
Running out of stamina can stop your workout before the last rep. Power Lifters energy drinks restore stamina, helping you get back to lifting when your energy runs low. Buy a drink from the Shop, then use it from your hotbar to recover.
The tutorial introduces drinks early, after exercises start draining your stamina. Buying one and drinking it are separate steps: purchasing the item alone doesn’t refill your bar.
The early exercises move through weights such as 5, 10, and 15 kilograms, and the chest workout reaches 20 kilograms. Stamina can run out after a single movement during these introductory workouts. Follow the drink prompt when it appears rather than continuing to attempt reps with an empty bar.
Keep an eye on your stamina while increasing the weight. A heavier workout can leave you waiting between reps, even when you have Auto Lift running. Use a drink when low stamina interrupts your set, then watch how quickly the next reps drain your energy.

How to Buy and Use a Drink
Follow the tutorial’s prompts when you reach the energy drink step:

- Open the Shop and find the energy drink.
- Buy the drink the tutorial requests.
- Return to the exercise indicated by the tutorial.
- Select the drink in your hotbar and use it.
- Continue lifting after your stamina recovers.
Watch the stamina bar after drinking so you can see the recovery before continuing your workout. During the early tutorial, drinking brings the displayed stamina back to 100.
The Shop also lets you purchase multiple drinks, including buying five for later use. Each purchase still needs to be followed by using the item from your hotbar. Buy additional drinks before returning to your exercise if you want supplies available for more than one interruption.
If you’re using Auto Lift, stop it when the tutorial asks you to move to another exercise. Automatic lifting still uses stamina, so owning the pass doesn’t remove the need to manage your energy.
Drinks, Stamina Training, and Regen Upgrades
Drinks help you recover during a workout, while stamina training increases the stamina you have available. The tutorial introduces stamina training after the drink step, and the treadmill is one way to work on that stat.
Train stamina when repeated refills still leave you struggling to finish sets. Check your bar after increasing the weight, too: a refill can get you moving again, but demanding reps can drain it quickly.
Creatine is another consumable introduced during the tutorial. Its effects include stamina regeneration, stamina gain, and +20 total stamina. It has a timer, so use that active period to train. Head to the treadmill while its stamina gain effect is running if you want to work on stamina rather than spend the entire effect lifting weights.
Two game passes also affect how your workouts run:
| Game Pass | Price | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| 1.5X Stamina | 249 Robux | Regenerate stamina 1.5X faster |
| Auto Lift | 450 Robux | Automatically lift and add weight when ready, including while AFK |
Choose purchases around the problem interrupting your workout. For faster stamina recovery, look at the 1.5X Stamina pass. For automatic reps and weight increases, look at Auto Lift.
Keep cash available for consumables instead of spending it all on equipment at once. If you need more money for another drink, clean up trash and puddles around the gym to earn cash between workouts.
Daily quests give that cleanup another purpose. Objectives include cleaning 50 trash or puddles, completing 100 reps, and setting two new PRs. Check your quest progress before heading back to the Shop, and claim completed rewards. Playtime rewards also provide items to collect, so open Rewards during your session instead of overlooking available supplies while you train.
