Auto Lift and Stamina: Two Different Benefits

Auto Lift handles repeated lifting and adds weight as you become ready for it. That makes it useful for continuing a workout without manually performing every rep, including while AFK.

Automatic lifting still uses stamina. When your stamina runs down, your workout can stop even with the pass active. Don’t buy it expecting uninterrupted training at any weight.

The 1.5X Stamina pass addresses recovery instead. Its benefit is faster regeneration, so distinguish that from increasing your maximum stamina or gaining more strength per exercise.

Before leaving an automatic workout running:
